In honor of Healthy Weight Week, which begins on January 17th, Reliv International wants to remind people that a healthy weight is less about how they look and more about how they feel.

"A healthy weight does not involve a particular waist size," said Dr. Carl Hastings, chief scientific officer of Reliv International. "It involves several factors, including your height, age and gender, as well as your activity level."

Hastings says that by following a few simple dos and don'ts, which are listed below, people can develop healthy habits that will have a profound impact on how they look, act and feel.
