Ahni and Zoe to Close
Ahni & Zoe will close its direct selling business later this month in the U.S. and Canada. Ahni & Zoe reached an agreement with Flowerdale Group Limited of Hong Kong to sell the assets of Antioch Liquidating Trust (formerly Creative Memories) and Ahni & Zoe.
Anhi & Zoe, which is how Creative Memories emerged from bankruptcy, did not have enough orders during the first six months of 2014 to keep the company going. Consultant contracts will be terminated September 3 and the last day to order on websites is August 21. By September 30 all final orders will be shipped and consultant support will end.
